These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spacion listing on Microsoft AppSource / Microsoft Marketplace when the listed action is “Contact Me,” and any inquiry you send us about Spacion through that listing or by email. By submitting a Contact Me request or otherwise asking us to contact you about Spacion, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms do not license deployed Spacion software, a Microsoft Dataverse environment, or any customer tenant. A paid or trial deployment, if offered later, will be covered by a separate agreement.

1. Who we are

Spacion (“Spacion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the publisher of this listing. Principal place of business: Washington, DC, United States.

2. What this listing is

The listing lets an interested organization ask Spacion to get in touch. It is a request for a conversation, briefing, or assessment. It is not:

  • An installation of Spacion into your Microsoft tenant.
  • A free trial of a live product environment, unless we later confirm that in writing.
  • A commitment by either party to buy or sell.

Microsoft operates AppSource / Microsoft Marketplace. Microsoft’s terms apply to your use of Microsoft sites and services. We are not Microsoft.

3. Your request

You represent that:

  • You are acting for a business or other organization, not as a child or consumer shopping for personal use.
  • The contact details you provide are accurate and you are authorized to be contacted at them.
  • You will not submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content in a message to us.

We may decline or ignore a request, including if it appears automated, off-topic, or sent in bad faith.

4. How we use your information

We use the information in your inquiry to respond and to administer the listing, as described in the Spacion Privacy Policy for this listing. Do not send secrets, passwords, payment card numbers, or other people’s personal data in a Contact Me message.

5. No license; no public product access

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to copy, install, or use Spacion software, models, schemas, or trademarks, except the limited right to read this listing and send an inquiry. Our name and marks remain ours.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the listing or our contact addresses to:

  • Probe, scrape, or overload our systems.
  • Send malware, spam, or deceptive content.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Attempt to obtain access to a customer environment you are not authorized to use.

7. Disclaimer

THE LISTING AND ANY REPLY WE SEND ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A DEMONSTRATION, ASSESSMENT, OR FUTURE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACION AND ITS PEOPLE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR AN INQUIRY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITS; IN THOSE PLACES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Spacion against claims arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the listing.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. The current Terms apply to inquiries made after they are posted at the same public address.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the District of Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
